Returns

If you’re not happy with your EdenPURE product for any reason and are within your warranty and/or money back guarantee, feel free to simply return it to us with proof of purchase (your invoice) for a refund or exchange. We will send you a complete refund of the purchase price or replacement product, whichever you prefer. Please follow these simple steps:

  • Make sure to place the Returns Department Sticker on the package in upper portion of the outside of the shipping box.

  • Also, place the REFUND, EXCHANGE, or OTHER Sticker on the outside, upper portion of the package that the merchandise was shipped in. If you do not have the original shipping box, you can use another box to ship your product back in. You can keep the rest of the invoice for your own personal records.

  • If you do NOT have your invoice, on a separate sheet of paper write your name, address, phone number, customer number, serial # (only for heaters), order number, and a brief description as to why you are returning your product. Also, write whether you would like a refund or exchange. Place this paper inside of your package.

  • We recommend returning your product by UPS, FedEx or Insured Mail, whichever you prefer.
